With only 576 square feet total. We have been working hard to get it right. We have updated the interior a bit but have kept the rustic cabin feel because we love it that way so much. We do have a TV with Blue Ray and a few DVDs. No wifi but if you are tech savvy you can stream thru your phone . The idea is to UNWIND and RELAX though. With a new deck on the back and a front porch with sunsets to die for, you've never heard quiet quite like this. We also offer games, cards and a few books & magazines to keep you occupied if needed. The wood floors are real hardwood floors and have a slight slope but no worries, she is steady! You also have the option of a queen sofa bed with extra toppings to make it all comfy.

Our quaint cabin sits at the back of Caney Hollow on beautiful Tims Ford Lake. We are the second to last home in the cove, with beautiful water, and a fixed dock with a slide. We are in the woods on the back of a cul-de-sac with only one other home. Being in the woods offers plenty of shade, wildlife, and all the peaceful sounds of nature with a view of the water from the home. The majority of the home has been remodeled in 2018 and includes 3 bedrooms (2 down) and 2 baths. (1 down, 1 up). This is a great cove for relaxing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. The community ramp is on the property next to ours and is great for jet skis and small boats. Large boats can easily be put in around the corner at Tims Ford Marina or Tims Ford State Park, both of which are less than 5 minutes from the house.The home has year round water and the fixed dock allows for a boat or jet skis to be tied up overnight for the duration of your stay, from May through October. November-April water is present for fishing, just not tying to the dock. Tims Ford Marina offers a full service marina including boat rentals, a restaurant and RV park. Across the road is Tims Ford State Park with trails, a small marina, olympic swimming pool, cabins and above all, the Bear Trace, Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. Bathroom is newly remodeled with walk-in shower. Cute manufactured home in Booneville, just 12 minutes (7 mile) drive west of Jack Daniels Distillery. The route to and from our place is down Scenic Highway 129 which gives a good representation of the rolling hills of Middle TN. Our home is around 750 square feet with 2 beds and one bath that can comfortably accommodate four with one queen and one full bed. Our rental also has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a carport to park motorcycles/vehicles under. Feel free to enjoy a hike on the 17.5 acre working farm.

Directions for use are on the lift console. If you choose to trailer your boat, you can park at the top of the driveway and use the subdivision's private boat ramp .4 mile from the house. If you are looking for additional entertainment, you can rent a boat during your stay from the nearby marina, take a walk in the neighborhood, or explore Tims Ford State Park, which has miles of unpaved hiking and bike trails. You can also visit the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course at Bear Trace, take a short drive to Lynchburg, TN and visit Jack Daniels Distillery, or even take an hour and a half trip to visit Chattanooga or Nashville! You can park up to four vehicles at the top of the driveway and two at the house. By the way, Tims Ford water levels are lowered 8-10 ft in the winter, and this makes our floating dock up to 100% out of the water during the winter months.
